YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE FIT TO START,
BUT YOU DO NEED TO START TO BE FIT.

Through my fun, varied and structured exercise programme, I will show you the most effective exercises for burning fat, building muscle and developing core stability. This will improve fitness, strength, balance and flexibility enabling you to lead a more active lifestyle.

After an initial fitness assessment, I will design a bespoke programme which will suit you and your fitness ability so you are challenged to a level that is suitable for you.

I am a member of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity and qualified as an Exercise Referral Practitioner so can design suitable exercise programmes for clients with mild to moderate prescription controlled health conditions.

Before training with me, some of my clients had past injuries, undergone knee and hip replacement surgery and suffered joint pain. After taking part in my exercise programmes they experienced better health, fitness and improvement in joint discomfort.

Further feedback from some my current clients:

"Last year, I had a hip replacement and informed Rosemary of all the risks, benefits, requirements and physio exercises with her. She took the time to understand, research and discuss which resulted in a focused plan prior to the operation to build muscle and general fitness. I was able to return to the gym at the six week point and whilst restricted, for a further six weeks, this plan and support enabled me to return to full fitness and movement within a short period of time, including back to ballroom dancing after only eight weeks! Thanks Rose I couldn't have done it without you!" Colette aged 54

"PT with Rosemary was one of the best new things I took up in 2016 and something I still look forward to every week. If you work in a stressful environment, this kind of activity helps combat the stress both mentally and physically (especially the boxing sessions!!) 5 stars and thumbs up." Sukaina aged 38

"I feel I am well on the way to achieving my goal which was to avoid a zimmer frame before 70! I now even walk up steps reasonably well. It is not about the equipment or facilities in the gym, it is about the quality of the trainer and Rosemary is first class." Frances aged 68
